• How do I join?+

  Joining the Olcay Gulsen Membership is easy! If you already have a Olcay Gulsen Beauty account, you are automatically signed up to earn Membership Points. If you do not have a Olcay Gulsen Beauty account, you can create one here and you are in!

• How do I earn points?+

  For any €1 spend, you’ll earn 1 point. Points are only earned on the products purchased and exclude shipping or taxes.
  
  There’s a variety of additional ways to earn Points! Simply scroll to the “How to Collect Points” section on the Rewards page of your Olcay Gulsen Beauty account to view and participate.
  
  BTW, you can also earn 50 points (worth €5) each time you introduce a friend to Olcay Gulsen Beauty, and if they place a first-time order through your unique URL.

• How do I redeem my membership points?+

  You can redeem points from a minimum spend of €50. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can find a couponcode in your Loyalty Account Page. Simply copy the Couponcode and paste it at the discountcode section at the check-out and your Couponcode will be redeemed.

• What are the requirements for the VIP Club?+

  You get placed into a tier according to the amount you have spent on Olcaygulsen.com since January 2022.
  
  ● Beginner: €0-50
  ● Beauty Buddy: €150-399
  ● Best Friend: €400-899
  ● Best Friend Forever: €900+

• How do I check my points balance?+

  Simple: Make sure you're logged into My Account. Your balance is always displayed on your Account page, and on this page when you're logged in.

• How do I check my redeem history?+

  Simply click on ‘Rewards History’ under the ‘My Rewards’ tab of Olcaygulsen.com account and you will see your history of earned rewards.

• Can I combine my rewards discount with another discount code?+

  You can combine your point discount with other discounts.

• How does ‘refer a friend’ work, so I can earn 50 points (worth €5)?+

  Step 1: Go to the ‘Rewards Page’ and fill in your name & email address
  Step 2: Copy the unique link and send it over to your friend. This friend should be a first-time customer at Olcaygulsen.com
  Step 3: Your friend receives a €5 discount with her first purchase, with a minimum purchase order of €20
  Step 4: Once your friend completed an order through your unique link, the 50 points will automatically be added to your account.
  
  Would you like an update on the statuses of the links you’ve shared with your friends? You can always check when you’re logged in on the Rewards Page at the ‘Refer a friend’ section.

• How long will it take for credits to appear in my account?+

  Most of your newly earned Membership Points will be visible in your account instantly. If you have chosen to share your birthday, the number of points (depending on your VIP tier) will be added to your account automatically on your next birthday.

• Do my credits expire?+

  Yes, your Membership Points will expire if after 12 months there’s been no activity of earning or redeeming points via your Olcaygulsen.com account.

• Does my VIP tier expire?+

  No your VIP tier will not expire and you will keep your tier during your total Customer Lifetime at Olcaygulsen.com

• What happens to my credits if I make a return?+

  You will lose the points you earned from placing the order and your point balance will revert back to its prior balance.

• How do I use my Free Shipping offer?+

  Customers from The Netherlands “Best Friend” and “Best Friend Forever” tier will receive free standard shipping on all orders. When logged into your account, an unique Couponcode of €6 is ready for you to use any time.

• I have a question about my credits, how do I contact support?+

• How do I receive my Birthday gift?+

  The points you’ll receive for your birthday will be automatically added to your account on your birthday.

• How do I receive my Entry Tier gift?+

  The points you’ll receive for your entry to a new Tier will be automatically added to your account.

• How do I receive my annual exclusive gift?+

  You’ll receive the instructions per email once it’s time!

• How does it work with redeeming a gift card and receiving points?+

  When the gift voucher is used as a payment method, points are awarded on the remaining amount. No points are awarded on the part with which the gift voucher is paid, this already happens when the gift voucher is purchased.
